Lithuania - Gender pay gap narrows - June 30, 2021

According to the statistics service, the gender pay gap, excluding agriculture, forestry and fishing enterprises, narrowed by 0.3 percentage point year-on-year to 12.1% last year. The biggest pay difference for men and women last year was in finance and insurance and stood at 33.8%, followed by the information and communication sector (28.8%) and the healthcare and social work sector (27.1%).
