Liechtenstein - Wage increases in 2021 - December 31, 2021

The union LANV obtained an agreement on wage increases in 14 of the 16 sectors in 2021. Nine general increases of up to CHF 80 are particularly significant. Employees in flourishing companies can expect additional wage increases. LANV has been focusing more and more on minimum wages. This has especially paid off in the pandemic, with many employees on short-time work. Minimum wages increased in eight industries for 2022. For employees whose wages are at the lower limit, this also means an increase in real wages.
