A new collective agreement was signed by the trade unions Fp-Cgil, Fisascat Cisl and Uiltucs and Agidae, the Association of Managers of Institutes Dependent on the Ecclesiastical Authority, with a three-year retroactive validity for the years 2020-2022. The agreement applies to the approximately 50,000 employees of Ecclesiastical Bodies and Authorities who carry out activities in the social health, social welfare and educational services, and in reception and service roles in tourism, cultural and sporting activities.
