Germany - Collective agreement in scaffolding construction sector - June 30, 2021

The Building, Agriculture & Environment Workers’ Union, IG BAU, has reached a collective agreement in the scaffolding construction sector. Wages will increase by 2.5 per cent on 1 October 2021 and by a further 2.5 per cent on 1 October 2022. The vocational training allowance will increase by €50 in the first, by €60 in the second and by €70 in the third year of vocational training. The industry minimum wage will rise to €12.85 by 1 October 2022.
