The Nahrung-Genuss-Gaststatten (NGG) trade union has concluded a collective agreement for the bakery trade in Baden-Württemberg. Wages and salaries in this sector will increase in two stages by a total of 3.4%. The agreement will cover more than 50,000 employees in this region.
