France - Telework framework agreement in insurance sector - December 31, 2021

Four trade unions (CFDT, CFE-CGC, CFTC and UNSA) and the French Insurance Federation (FFA) signed the insurance sector’s first ever framework agreement on telework. Although not binding, the agreement is expected to serve as a benchmark for company negotiations in a sector where teleworking is now becoming the norm. The agreement recognises the need both to support teleworkers in specific situations and to train managers.
