France - Employees mobilised to demand higher wages - April 30, 2021

The National Federation of Social Action Force Ouvriere (FO) organised a strike on 8 April. Nearly a thousand demonstrators across the country went on strike and protested to demand the transposition of €183 net for all in order to obtain equal treatment of public and private employees working in home assistance and the opening of negotiations within the framework of various collective agreements. These demands were formulated by the inter-union delegation composed of the CFE-CGC and the CGT.
