The average net wage of employees who hold a university degree increased by 11% over the last five years, while the salaries of unskilled workers grew by 20%. Among employees in legal entities, companies and public institutions, the country has about 265,000 highly educated workers and about 595,000 workers with a high school-level education. The average monthly wage of the latter group reached 60% of the average salary of university graduates.
