Civil servants will receive an average salary increase of 3% for 2022. The union for civil servants GOD and the union for municipal staff younion concluded a collective agreement with the government. 225,000 people (federal employees and state teachers) will be directly affected by the agreement, while 308,000 employees of the Lander and municipalities, who mostly fall under the federal agreement, will be indirectly affected.
