Austria - Higher wages for cable car employees - May 31, 2021

Despite a total failure of the winter season due to the Covid-19-pandemic, a collective agreement was reached between the trade union Vida and the employers in the cable car sector, including a wage increase of around 1% and the introduction of an additional step at the top of the wage table. Employees in the lowest wage bracket will receive a wage increase of €20 per month.
