Some 250 people attended the conference Inklusive Arbeitswelt versus hocknstad und behindert’ - Und jetzt, was können wir tun? (Inclusive workplace versus ‘umemployed and disabled’ - and now what can we do about it?). This was the 6th time the unions and Arbeiterkammer (Chamber of labour) invited confidential counsellors for the disabled to discuss recent developments. Dancers, a rapper, a traveller in a wheelchair and more showed their ability to perform despite their disabilities. Discussions and a book presentation showed that workplace inclusion can work and why it is worth the effort.
