Lithuania -Government to re-classify Carlsberg breweries as an 'essential' service -March 8, 2012

In an attempt to keep its workers from striking, Carlsberg has convinced the Lithuanian government to re-classify its activity as ‘essential services’. Workers in essential services, previously limited to activities like emergency services and water, are banned from striking by law.
