Full name	WageIndicator Occupations Database WISCO
Aims	This database consists of occupational titles, which are coded according to ILO's ISCO08 occupational classification.
Data used for...	This database aims to serve occupational self-classification of web survey respondents and interviewer-classification of face-fo-face or telephone survey respondents.

Data updating policy	Irregularly
Sampling Frame	The database started in 2001 with a list of coded occupational titles for one country, and gradually the number of countries in the database increased. By 2009 all titles were coded according to the ISCO08 classification.
Nr. of Observations	Approximately 1,800 occuptional titles translated in 58 languages
