In this presentation this question will be answered using the results from an international survey among negotiators of collective agreements in Austria, Italy and the Netherlands. The negotiators in in these countries generally believed that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on collective bargaining as well as relations between social partners more widely. Although, negotiators did not view the impact of the pandemic as overwhelming, they do acknowledge that it had complicated the negotiation process.
