Jane Masta - Kenya - research / data collection

Jane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Public Administration and Sociology and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. She previously worked with the Central Organisation of Trade Unions Kenya (COTU-Kenya) and ITUC-Africa as a gender officer and projects manager. She has also been a member of the African Labour Research Network (ALRN) and Committee of Expert’s Member for East Africa Trade Union Confederation (EATUC). She has over 15 years’ experience in Data Collection and Labour Movement.

Nadia Pralitasari - Indonesia / data collection

Nadia Pralitasari has been working for more than 10 years for
WageIndicator Foundation in Indonesia where she serves as a project
manager. In line with WageIndicator's mission to create a more
transparent labour market, currently, Nadia co-leads WageIndicator
team in creating a platform where stakeholders – specifically in the
garment and textile sector, can effectively monitor working conditions
by comparing compliance between factories

Fitria Purnamawati - Indonesia

Fitria Purnamawati, usually called by the nickname Fifi works as a
junior project coordinator from WageIndicator in Indonesia – Gajimu.
Fifi has worked for 3 years and has handled multiple tasks including
being an intermediary between Trade Union partners and data collectors
in the field, and assisting in data management and training
activities. Due to her growing interest in communicating ways that
could help workers, therefore from 2022, Fifi becomes part of the
communication team in Gajimu which handles Gajimu’s web content and
social media together with WageIndicator communication team global

Tanisha Kouli is a third-year undergraduate student at FLAME university pursuing B.A. Economics (honours). She has been working for Wageindicator for 2 years starting off as an intern in the living wages team and moving on to the data analysis team. At present, she is a manager of the living wages intern team at FLAME.

Sara Charania, Born in India and based in Mozambique, Sara is a Digital Marketing & Communication Major student at FLAME. Currently, she is a Summer Intern at WageIndicator for Social Media, Living Wages, and SEO.

Thuy Anh Dang is a member of the Vietnamese team. She comes from the
University of Languages and Foreign studies. She has majored in
English Education.

Shriya Methkupally - Shriya works as trainer for hundreds of interns in the WageIndicator intern program. Shriya studies economics and will start in August this year in NYU in New York.

Dee Jethva - Dee is a Safeguarding specialist. She assisted WageIndicator in creating the policy.
