في القانون اليمني، لا توجد أحكام محددة بشان ساعات العمل المرنة لأباء وأمهات الاطفال القصر.
إجازات لأسباب خاصة
According to the Labour Code, a worker who has at least 4 years of employment with the same employer is entitled to perform the Hajj Pilgrimage (including holidays for Eid al-Adha). This leave is granted only once during the entire service. Workers also get 10 days of paid casual leave per year. On the death of a husband, working women are granted 40 days of paid leave, counted from the date of death. On request, the worker may also get unpaid leave for not more than 90 days for the waiting period (total 130 days for the waiting/iddah period under Islamic law). For a valid reason, the employer may grant unpaid leave.
Furthermore, workers cannot work during paid leave for wages; if they do, the employer may recover the leave pay without terminating employment. Source: §84-88 of the Labour Code
