إجازات لأسباب خاصة

Under Qatar’s Labour Law, a Muslim worker who wishes to perform the Hajj pilgrimage is entitled to unpaid leave not exceeding two weeks, which may be taken once during the period of his employment with the employer. The employer retains the discretion to determine the number of workers who may be granted such leave in any given year, based on the operational requirements of the workplace.
