Minimum Wage Updated in Honduras from 01 January 2026 - May 09, 2026
The revised minimum wages have been announced in Honduras, effective retroactively from 01 January 2026. For all sectors, the minimum wages have been raised by a specific percentage, considering the number of workers in an enterprise. The minimum wage notification was published in the official gazette on 29 April 2026. The rates are effective retroactively from 1 January 2026.
- Increase in wages by 6% for enterprises employing 1 to 10 employees;
- Increase in wages by 6% for enterprises employing 11 to 50 employees;
- Increase in wages by 7% for enterprises employing 51 to 150 employees;
- Increase in wages by 7% for enterprises employing 151 or more employees;
