Minimum Wage Updated in Cambodia from 01 January 2026 - January 01, 2026

The minimum wage has been revised in Cambodia with effect from 01 January 2026. The minimum wage has been increased for the following:

• For probationary workers, from $206.00 to $208.00 per month; and
• For regular employees, from $208.00 to $210.00 per month.
