Minimum Wage Revised in France from 01 January 2026 - January 01, 2026
Minimum wages have been revised in France, with effect from 01 January 2026. The minimum wages (SMIC) have been increased from €1,801.80 to €1823.03 per month and €11.88 to €12.02 per hour.
The revised rates are also applicable in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. In Mayotte, the minimum wage is set at 9.33 euros per hour.
