Ruling: Since December 1, 2018, there has been "a collaborative relationship" between the rider and Deliveroo based on the Jobs Act. The company must apply the "discipline of a full-time subordinate employment relationship of 40 hours a week". The company must also place the rider in the National Collective Contract for Commerce, and guarantee a gross salary of 1,407.94 euros for 14 months".
