Minimum Wage Updated in Honduras from 01 January 2025 - January 01, 2025

The revised minimum wages have been announced in Honduras, effective retroactively from 01 January 2025. For all sectors, the minimum wages have been raised by a specific percentage, considering the number of workers in an enterprise. 

1. Increase in wages by 5.5-% for enterprises employing 1 to 10 employees; 
2. Increase in wages by 5.5-% for enterprises employing 11 to 50 employees;
3. Increase in wages by 6.5-% for enterprises employing 51 to 150 employees; 
4. Increase in wages by 7-% for enterprises employing 151 or more employees;
