The minimum wage is determined by the National Labour Council, attended by government, business associations and labor confederations.

Rates for current year have not been announced. Till the next revision, rates mentioned in above table shall apply.
The minimum wage is valid in private sector for eight-hours work day.
Workers are entitled to at least 1 day of rest per week (24 consecutive hours). (Article 1 of Legislative Decree No. 713)
