United Kingdom - Pay rise for dairy workers - April 30, 2026

Unite the union has secured an above inflation pay agreement for more than 100 members at global dairy processor Saputo. Following negotiations, workers will receive a 3.9% pay increase, a rate higher than the retail prices index. The Unite national officer for the food drink & agriculture sector said: “This above inflation pay rise is a strong result for our members at Saputo and demonstrates the value of Unite membership.”
