Netherlands - Agreement with parcel deliverer - January 31, 2026
Trade unions CNV and FNV announced that they had reached a collective agreement with DHL eCommerce Netherlands for the period 2026–2027. The deal covers wages, working hours and general employment conditions for thousands of logistics workers. Wages will increase by 4.0% as of 1 March 2026, plus € 250 gross one-off in March to compensate for the months of January and February. Wages will increase by 3.5% as of 1 March 2027. Negotiations had been ongoing for several months and were concluded shortly before the end of January. Union representatives described the result as balanced and providing stability in a sector facing rapid growth and labour shortages.
