Italy - Agreement for cultural sector - March 31, 2026

Unions FP CGIL, CISL FP, UIL FPL and UIL PA have signed an agreement with employers’ organisation Federculture renewing the collective agreement for workers in culture, tourism, sport and leisure services, covering around 7,000 workers. The agreement provides a 7.5% increase in minimum pay rates. For a reference grade, this corresponds to a monthly increase of € 131.77. Workers will also receive arrears of € 1,850 for the period January 2022 to November 2024, and € 2,371.86 for December 2024 to March 2026.
