Germany - New agreement for facility services company - February 28, 2026
On 9 February 2026, the IG BAU union reached a collective agreement with ISS Facility Services Holding GmbH. Following intensive negotiations, an agreement was reached, made possible primarily by the commitment and solidarity of the employees. The new agreement has a term of 22 months, from 1 March 2026, to 31 December 2027. During this period, wages will increase by a total of 5.7%. The increase will be implemented in two stages. Starting 1 March 2026, all employees will receive a wage increase of 3.0%. IG BAU members will also receive a one-off bonus of € 200 gross, which will be paid with the February 2026 payroll. The second step will follow on 1 January 2027, with a further increase of 2.7% for all position classes and bands. IG BAU members will also benefit from an additional bonus of € 100 gross, which will be paid out with the January 2027 payroll.
