Denmark - Vote on mediation proposal in industry - March 31, 2026

The collective bargaining for industry is over. For around 99% of employees, their organizations managed to reach an agreement with the employers. On this basis, the conciliator has presented the final mediation proposal, which also includes a collective agreement renewal for the last percent. The industry collective agreements, which are the trendsetters in the private sector, fell into place on 9 February. Now it is up to the 230,000 members in the industrial sector to decide whether they will vote yes or no to the collective agreements with improvements in, among other things, the free choice account, pension, better coherence between work and family, payment during maternity and sickness leave, remuneration for working environment representatives and much more.
