Italy, Just Eat riders on strike to call for greater job security

In Messina, Sicily, riders working for Just Eat stopped work for three hours to protest against fixed-term contracts.

The Filt Cgil union organised a meeting to demonstrate against precarious employment. A picket line was formed and no deliveries were made.

More disputes are expected in the autumn.
