Mauritius: National Minimum Wage increased from 1 January 2026 - February 11, 2026

Mauritius has revised its National Minimum Wage with effect from 1 January 2026, raising the monthly floor for a full-time worker from Rs 17,110 to Rs 17,745 (an increase of Rs 635, ~3.7%). The revision was published in the Government Gazette on 17 January 2026 and deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2026.
