Minimum Wage Increased in the States of Guernsey from 01 October 2025 - October 03, 2025

The minimum wages have been revised in the State of Guernsey from 01 October 2025. The minimum wages have been increased as follows:

• For an adult (18 years and over), from £12.00 to £12.60 per hour; and 
• For young (16 and 17 years old), from £10.80 to £11.35 per hour.
