Sweden - New agreement for audit and consulting - January 31, 2026

After intensive negotiations, trade union Unionen has signed a new collective agreement with the members of employers’ organization Almega Tjänsteföretagen Audit and Consulting. With this agreement, the 2025 bargaining round is concluded in a way that ensures that employees in audit and consulting receive the same fair, secure and modern conditions as the rest of Unionen's members. The agreement round has resulted in real wage increases and fair conditions for part-time employees who work more than their regular hours, so that their work is valued and compensated in the same way as for full-time employees.
