Serbia - New collective agreement on occupational health and safety - March 31, 2026

Trade union UGS Nezavisnost signed a new collective agreement on occupational health and safety in Galenika ad, the oldest pharmaceutical industry in this region. This act regulates this, for all parties, very important area in a quality manner. Negotiations on increasing wages in Galenica will continue. According to the union, quality collective agreements on wages and working conditions are “the foundation of union work in a company”, but unfortunately, union struggle and the work on their drafting are often not sufficiently appreciated among employees, especially their importance.
