About the session
Calculating wage policies, especially across complex supply chains, isn't easy. For companies, the cost of an employee often goes beyond the salary they are paid. Other costs, like technology that employees might need to complete their work, transport they use, etc. do add up. But should this figure into an employee's total compensation? How should other costs in-kind be borne?
