- Minimum wage with effect from January 1, 2026
- Minimum wage with effect till December 31, 2026
- The amounts are in Sri Lanka Rupee (LKR).

Working hours
Overtime is paid at One and Half times the normal hourly rate of wage.
Holiday pay for work on weekends (Sundays) and public holidays is paid for at a higher rate 1 1/2 times the daily rate or double the rate of remuneration.
Definitions
Wages per month are calculated as 4.33 times if a weekly wage is defined. It is calculated as 4.33 times the standard hours per week if an hourly wage is given.
