Breastfeeding
Labour Act provides for nursing breaks of at least 60 minutes for six months immediately after the woman’s return to work after maternity leave. These nursing breaks are counted as working hours, and the employer shall pay the worker the wages accordingly. The arrangement for taking this break must be agreed upon between the worker and employer.
