We are dedicated, transparent, driven, precise and on a mission. We are the WageIndicator Foundation; a global and independent non-profit organisation. Our aim is to share data so you can make better decisions.

Since 1999, we have been collecting and providing clear information about minimum wages, living wages, jobs and salaries, labour laws, collective agreements and working conditions. We take pride in sharing information that is accurate and complete, easy to understand and accessible to everyone. Whoever you are and wherever you live, we aim to give you information in your own language and relevant to your context.

Our work is made possible by a truly global, diverse and passionate team. With over 100 professionals, 400 data collectors and many interns, we are based across the world: from Europe to Africa and from Latin America to Asia.

In short: we operate all over the world, and collect data on a national and local scale. This combination gives us an unique and international scope. It allows us to compare and spot global trends, and give you the answers you need for your context.
