There is no provision concerning flexible work-options for parents in the law. 

Special Leaves

The Labour Law recognises compassionate leave, which entitles an employee to five working days’ leave with full pay in every 12 months of continuous employment, specifically to attend to a death or serious illness of close family members (spouse, child, including adopted child, parent, grandparent, sibling, or parents-in-law).
