WageIndicator Side Session During the OECD Forum - 2026
WageIndicator Foundation will host a side session during the “OECD Forum on Due Diligence in the Garment and Footwear Sector” in 2026
About the side session
Over the past decade, we have built one of the most comprehensive worker-driven evidence databases on Indonesia’s garment sector. During our side session “Data-Driven Organising in Indonesia’s Garment Sector - From Compliance to Change” we will share the insights and learnings we have gathered through this project.
Attendees will receive an overview of the data tools and processes employed and how they can be adapted to other contexts. During the session we will also demonstrate how the local trade union leveraged data not only for advocacy but also to strengthen organising processes among workers.
