1	ancillary or preparatory works	basic education
2	ancillary or preparatory works with higher level of worker's responsibility, simple craft works, repetitive administrative or operational works	secondary vocational education
3	professional works, independent performance of creative craft works, lower management or operational works	secondary education
4	management, organization and coordination of processes	university education- bachelor level
5	management, organization and coordination of highly complex processes and systems, including the decisions on optimization of procedures and problem solving	university education- master level
6	creative problem solving with high personal responsibility, management, operation or coordination of the most complicated systems with significant demands on the ability to deal with complex and conflicting situations	university education- PhD level

Employees are entitled to monthly minimum wage if their agreed working time is 40 hours per week.
