Practical information

Language and interpretation: Main language English – Interpretation on request for Swedish and Italian

Venue / timetable: The seminar will take place on Wednesday February 28, 2018, at the Trade Union House, Boulevard du Roi Albert II, 5B - 1210 Brussels, Belgium. Presentations and debates have been scheduled from 9:30 until 16.15.

Public transport information: The Trade Union House/ The International Auditorium is 6 minutes’ walk from Train Station Brussels North and less than 30 minutes by train/bus from Airport Zaventem.

Arrangements for travel: Participants are encouraged to book travel/flights connected as closely as possible to the seminar timetable assuming most non-Netherlands based participants will arrive on Tuesday February 27, or early February 28. (if you didn’t book yet, please do asap!) and try to obtain low-cost flight/train options. Try to book as such that you need one hotel night.

Travel costs: Travel costs will be refunded based on the attached Claim Form. The usual EU rules apply; taxi costs will not be refunded. If your departure is after February 28, you may include 50 Euro for dinner February 28. Submit claim form before March 15, 2018.

Advance payment: For practical reasons there is no advanced payment this time.

Room accommodation: We booked hotel rooms in Brussels. Please, do not book your own accommodation. Each of you got a separate email with info about the hotel and nights booked! In most of the cases one night (night 27/28 February), in some cases two nights 27/28 and 28/March 1). If you can’t come for whatever reason. Let us know the soonest. We share cancellation cost.

Hotel and catering costs: Accommodation fees, seminar lunches and catering, as well as the seminar dinners, will be paid directly by the organisation. The accommodation arrangement includes breakfast.
