Drawing from the experiences of Kenya and Ghana, Tanzania becomes the third African Country in the world to launch an online Minimum Wage Compliance initiative. These compliance forms will be offered for use to workers and employers of the general public on the website of Mywage.org/Tanzania.
Ghanaian workers will for the first time be able to use an online system to launch complaints on minimum wage compliance at their workplaces. This innovation is made possible by the WageIndicator Foundation-Netherlands with support from the Trades Union Congress–Ghana, Ghana Employers Association, National Labour Commission, Labour Department and Ghana Federation of Labour.
