Slovakia -Hauliers on strike alert over toll roads and high fines -February 10, 2014

The Slovak Road Hauliers Association (UNAS) is on strike alert in reaction to expected new legislation on road transport. The hauliers object to the high number of toll roads, charges for driving through villages and high fines. Small and medium sized hauliers say the new regulations will endanger their businesses.
