The parties witnesseth as follows:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>PART I: REMUNERATION OF EMPLOYEES\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>2.0 Salary\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-STRUCINCR_trigger\">\u003Cp>2.1 The parties agreed to increase the Monthly Basic Salary of all eligible\nemployees by K 1,248.21 across the board effective 1st January, 2017.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-PAYSCALES_trigger\">\u003Cp>2.2 The Grades and Salary Scales for all eligible employees are outlined in\nAppendix 1.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Cp>PART II: ALLOWANCES\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>3.0 Long service Bonus\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>3.1 The parties agreed that all future employees engaged after the cut-off\ndate of 31st December 2013 shall not be entitled to a long service bonus but\nwould automatically be enrolled into the In-House Pension Scheme.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>PART IV: STAFF LOANS\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>4.0 Loans\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>4.1 The parties agreed that all future employees engaged after the cut-off\ndate of 10th August 2015 shall be entitled to staff loans as follows:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>4.1.1 You shall be entitled to a Personal Loan of K650, 000 after working\nfor three years. The loan shall be deducted in 72 months.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>4.1.2 You shall be entitled to a House Loan amounting to K800,000 after\nworking for three years. The deduction shall be the difference between your age\nat that time and mandatory retirement age.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>4.1.3 You shall be entitled to an Empowerment Loan of K800, 000 after\nservicing the House loan for five years.
