Duration of the Agreement.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>• The duration of this Agreement shall be TWO years, effective from 1st\nJune, 2012 till 31st May, 2014 and shall remain in force till revised.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>• Any party wishing to modify or alter any clause in this Agreement shall\ngive at least three months' notice in writing of that fact with sufficient\nreasons to the other party together with proposed Amendments.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>4. Improvement in Productivity\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>To sustain the above increase in the wage bill it has been agreed that the\nproductivity has to improve throughout the corporation.
