Tumwesiimire\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>This ENTERPRISE LEVEL BARGAINING AGREEMENT shall serve to define the\nrespective endeavors roles and responsibilities of the parties and the PARTIES\nagree to the formal obligations defined and stipulated hereunder.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>NOW IT IS HEREBY AGREED THAT:\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>1.\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>This AGREEMENT constitutes the entirety of the 2012 review, as described in\nthe ELBA Agreement dated 1st September, 2011 and in no way contradicts the\nintentions of the said agreement\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>2. \u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>The PARTIES agree to the specific terms and conditions of the Settlement\nas\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Detailed in Part “A” of the respective Enterprise Schedule for each\nenterprise, which schedule forms a legally binding part of this Agreement and\nincludes both the amount and timing for the settlement Conditions.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>3.\u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>It's agreed that each employee who is unionisable shall be deemed to\ncontribute to the union through an estate managed check-oil system provided\nhe\u002Fshe has consented in writing to such a deduction as per the trade union\nresolution and in accordance with the prevailing legislation, otherwise he\u002Fshe\nhas opted out.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>4. \u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>During the dry season (drought), the skeleton staff and or workers retained\nand deployed at the discretion of estate management on alternative work, which\nmay include plucking, will be paid a minimum of a normal day’s basic wage.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch3>5. \u003C\u002Fh3>\n\n\u003Cp>This agreement shall be effective for those enterprises that have duly\nsigned this Agreement.
