Introduction:\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>The above Company and the Union embarked on a collective bargaining process,\non expiry of an earlier agreement, to arrive at an increase in salaries\u002Fwages\nand certain other issues for all unionized staff of Kajjansi Roses Ltd. After\nseveral rounds of discussions between the Company and Union the following was\nagreed\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>2.
