Taarifa hiyo ibaki kuwa siri ya mwajiri na mwajiriwa.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>iii. Ikiwa afya ya mfanyakazi huyo itaonekana kudhoofika, mwajiri ampunguzie\nkazi au kumubadilisha sehemu ya kazi kulingana na mazingira.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-healthinsurance\">\u003Cp>iv. Mwajiriwa mwenye matatizo hayo, asihusishwe kwenye zoezi la upunguzaji\nkazi, labda akiomba kwa hiari yake mwenyewe.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>v. Mwajiri atampatia posho ya lishe isiyopungua Ths. 150,000\u002F= kwa mwezi.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>vi. Mkopo kwa ajili ya ununuzi wa gari utaidhinishwa na Bodi.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>(b) Meneja Mkuu anayo mamlaka ya kumkopesha mtumishi anaeanza Ajira kiasi\ncha fedha cha kutosha mshahara wake usiozidi mwezi mmoja.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>(c) Meneja Mkuu anaweza kutoa mkopo pale ambapo anaona Mwajiriwa atautumia\nmkopo huo katika kulipia masomo yake ambayo yataweza kuinua kiwango cha ufanisi\nkazini. Kwa mfano; Waajiriwa wanaochukua kozi za CPA, ATEC n.k.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Njia ya kurejesha mikopo;\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>6.14(a) Mkopo wa mshahara kwa ajili ya kununulia vitu mbalimbali\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>utarejeshwa kwa njia ya makato sita yaliyosawa. Malipo hayo yatalipwa pindi\namalizapo Mkataba bila kujali kama atapewa fursa ya kuendeleza Mkataba\nmwingine.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>22.6 Endapo mwajiriwa na mwajiri hawataendeleza mkataba mwajiri atamzawadia\nMwajiriwa Bandari 2 za Bati na Cementi mifuko 30. Hapa ni kwa wafanyakazi wa\nmkataba kuanzia miaka 2 na kuendelea.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>22.7 Mtumishi wa Mkataba kama atapenda kuendeleza Mkataba wake atatakiwa\natoe taarifa ya nia yake hiyo miezi minne kabla ya kukamilisha muda wa Mkataba\nwake wa ajira aliyonayo.
