KAMPUNI KUUZWA, KU1NGIA UBIA AU KUYUNJIKA\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>Tumekubaliana kwamba endapo kampuni itauzwa, kuingia ubia au kuvunjika,\nmenejimenti na TPAWU watajadiliana na kukubaliana juu ya haki za Wafanyakazi,\nkwa kufuata taratibu zote za kisheria zilizoainishwa kwenye Sheria ya Kazi.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>9. Vyumba vitatu (3) vya kulala na sebule ya peke yake - TZS. 30,000\u002F=\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>2. Vyumba viwili (2) vya kulala na sebule ya peke yake - TZS. 20,000\u002F=\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>3. Chumba kimoja (1) cha kulala na sebule ya peke yake - TZS. 10,000\u002F=\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>4. Vyumba viwili (2) vya kulala, sebule ya pamoja, choo na bafu - TZS.\n8,500\u002F=\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>5. POSHO NJE YA KITUO CHA KAZI\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>Tumekubaliana kwamba Mfanyakazi atakayesafiri kikazi ndani ya nchi atalipwa\nposho kwa kila siku atakayokuwa nje ya kituo chake cha kazi kulingana na\nviwango vya kampuni. Ieleweke kwamba pale ambapo Mwajiri atatoa malazi na\nchakula kwa Mfanyakazi atakayekuwa nje ya kituo chake cha kazi basi posho tajwa\nhapo juu haitalipwa.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>14. ELIMU KWA WAFANYAKAZI\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-trainingprogrammes\">\u003Cp>14.1 Tumekubaliana kwamba Mwajiri anawatia moyo Wafanyakazi wote\nkujiendeleza kielimu na pia inatoa fursa kwa Wafanyakazi wote na hasa wale wa\nngazi ya chini ili wapate taaluma stahiki. Wafanyakazi watakaopendekezwa na\nMwajiri kwenda kusomea fani ambazo ni mahitaji ya Mwajiri, basi watapewa likizo\nna Mwajiri atagharamia masomo kwa utaratibu ufuatao:-\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>a) Kwamba Mwajiri atamkata Mfanyakazi kiasi kisichozidi asilimia hamsini\n(50%) ya mshahara kamili. Mwajiri atahakikisha kwamba kiasi kitakachobaki kwa\nMfanyakazi baada ya makato si chini ya kima cha chini cha mshahara cha wakati\nhusika.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>b) Kwamba ili Mwajiri aweze kumruhusu Mfanyakazi alieomba kwenda masomoni,\nbasi Mfanyakazi atatakiwa kutoa taarifa miezi sita (6) kabla ya likizo tajwa\nkwa Mwajiri.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>c) Kwamba Mfanyakazi atakayetaka kwenda masomoni ni lazima awe amemtumikia\nMwajiri kwa muda usiopungua miaka mitatu (3) toka aajiriwe.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>d) Kwamba Mfanyakazi atakayekuwa masomoni atatakiwa kuripoti na kuendelea na\nkazi kila mara apatapo likizo.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>e) Kwamba Mfanyakazi baada ya kumaliza masomo yake atawajibika kumtumikia\nMwajiri kwa muda usiopungua ule aliokuwa masomoni.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>Kwamba Mfanyakazi atakayeacha kazi kabla ya muda uliotajwa kipengele 14.1\n(e), wajibika kumrudishia Mwajiri ada ya masomo pamoja na mshahara aliokuwa\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Ch2>17. CHAKULA WAKATI WA KAZI\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cdiv class=\"cbaClause highlight\" id=\"clause-mealvouchers\">\u003Cp>Tumekubaliana kwamba, wakati wote Mwajiri atatoa chakula cha mchana kwa\nwafanyakazi wote, na cha jioni kwa Wafanyakazi wanaoishi kwenye makambini.\nMwajiri atajitahidi kutoa mlo kamili na hakutakuwa na chakula cha aina moja\nwakati wote.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Ch2>18. MFANYAKAZI\u002FWAFANYAKAZI BORA\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>Tumekubaliana kwamba kutakuwa na utaratibu wa kuchagua Wafanyakazi bora kila\nmwaka ambao watatunukiwa vyeti vya heshima na Chama kwenye sherehe za\nWafanyakazi yaani Mei Mosi. Wafanyakazi hao watachaguliwa na uongozi wa kila\nShamba kwa kushirikiana na Kamati za Matawi ya Chama.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>a) Kwamba kila Shamba\u002FTawi litatoa Mfanyakazi bora kila mwaka wakati wa Mei\nMosi.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>b) Kwamba Wafanyakazi bora watakaochaguliwa kutoka kila Shamba\u002FTawi;\nwatashindanishwa; na Mfanyakazi atakayekuwa bora zaidi atapelekwa\nkushindanishwa kwenye ngazi ya Mkoa.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>c) Kwamba Mwajiri atatoa vifaa mbalimbali kama zawadi kwa wafanyakazi bora\nvyenye thamani ya Shilingi Laki Mbili tu (TZS 200,000\u002F=).\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>d) Kwamba Mwajiri atatoa vifaa vyenye thamani ya Shilingi Laki Tatu tu (TZS\n300,000\u002F=) kwa Mfanyakazi atakayeibuka mshindi ngazi ya Mkoa.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>e) Kwamba endapo Mfanyakazi atakuwa bora ngazi ya Taifa, Mwajiri\natajadiliana na uongozi wa Chama juu ya zawadi gani itolewe.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Cp>f) Kwamba zawadi za Wafanyakazi bora zitatolewa siku ya sherehe na siyo\nbaada ya sherehe.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>19. JUMAMOSI ZA KAZI\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>Imekubalika kwamba hakutakuwa na jumamosi za kazi na zisizo za kazi kwa\nWafanyakazi wa mashambani.
