As already agreed to with the CBA vide\nPA-PSM\u002F5c dated 27 Dec, 1990 subject to subsequent concurrence by the Ministry\nof Finance.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003C\u002Fdiv>\n\n\u003Ch2>3.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>It was agreed to pay an award of Rs. 2000\u002F- (Two thousand) each for\nsatisfactory performance of service at the time of retirement, instead of\ngift\u002Fgift allowance as presently being allowed.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>4.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>It was agreed to constitute a committee comprising of CCM, FM PSM and\nPresident of the Union to examine in detail the demands allowing interest free\nloans for house building and for purchase of Car\u002FMotor cycle, to a certain\nnumber of staff every year, on easy terms. The committee would finalize its\nrecommendations including rules, terms\u002Fconditions and procedure for sanction of\nthese loans and submit the same to the GM\u002F MD before 30th June 1991 for\nconsideration and approval.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\n\u003Ch2>5.\u003C\u002Fh2>\n\n\u003Cp>It was agreed in principle to allow an interest free loan up to Rs. 10000 (\nTen thousand) each, to be recovered in easy instalments of Rs. 500\u002F- (Five\nhundred) per month or 1\u002F3rd of the basic pay, which ever is less, to the\nEmployees &amp; workers of TIP at the time of their daughter’s marriage.
